A Global Sailing Expedition to Change the Way the World Sees Down Syndrome
We’re the Osbornes, a family of five who sold everything to circumnavigate the globe. We're sailing over 37,000 nautical miles with our three children, including our son Ren, who has Down syndrome.
Our expedition includes three world record attempts, a passage from Antarctica to the Arctic, and a mission bigger than all of it: To prove that a diagnosis doesn’t define the individual, and that adventure belongs to everyone.

We’re taking on one of the most extreme sailing routes on Earth. A full circumnavigation that crosses every ocean, touches all seven continents, and includes a passage from Antarctica to the Arctic.
Each year, more people climb Mt. Everest than complete a global circumnavigation.
Fewer than 40 private vessels reach Antarctica.
The route from Antarctica to the Arctic is so rare, that there isn’t even a record of how many have done it.
We’re attempting all three.
This map is a promise. To go farther. Push harder. And fight for a future where adventure belongs to everyone.

Adventure Without Boundaries is a free docuseries created especially for educators. Each short episode follows Ren, a 10-year-old with Down syndrome, as he circumnavigates the globe with his family.
Students will explore new cultures, witness real-world science in action, and discover what it means to dream big — and go after it. Along the way, your class can send in questions, receive personalized shout-outs, and see that there's no one way to live a meaningful life, regardless of ability or disability.
This isn’t about what makes Ren different. It’s about what makes him unstoppable.
