Freyja’s View: Sharks, Sailing, and Life with Ren - Ep. 40
On this episode of the Osborne Adventure Podcast, Val and I sit down with Freyja, our 7-year-old daughter, to hear how she imagines our expedition unfolding. From her love of animals (even the sharks!) to what it might be like living on a boat with her brothers, she shares it all with the spark of wonder only a kid can bring. It’s a beautiful, light-hearted conversation that lets you see through the eyes of someone who’s been dreaming about it for nearly half her life.
Val and I share an unexpected experience after being invited to an elementary school assembly where 300 students gathered for a presentation about Down syndrome led by a fourth grader named Hailey. What followed were thoughtful questions, funny moments, and a firsthand look at how deeply kids connected with our family, our mission, and the idea of adventure without limits.
