The Amazing Starfish - Episode 1

Sensory Exercise (Core Activity)

After completing the worksheets, invite your students to imagine what it feels like to be a starfish. Students can lie on the floor or stand beside their desks. Encourage them to picture their head, arms, and legs as the arms of a starfish. Slowly guide them to move their muscles like the tiny tube feet of a starfish, reaching, stretching, and exploring. This activity helps connect body awareness to the science lesson while providing a calming sensory break.

“If I could grow back something I lost, what would it be?”
